The building is complete and occupied: 16 storeys at the junction of Jalan Besar and Lavender Street, with strata-titled offices on Levels 5 to 16, retail and F&B on Level 1, a 25-metre rooftop pool, gymnasium and function room on the Roof Terrace, a BBQ Sky Terrace on the fourth storey, and a cantilevered sky terrace on every office floor.
